Refund policy
We strive to provide quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. Returns and refunds are only accepted under the following circumstances:
Eligible for Return or Refund
You may request a return, replacement, or refund if:
- The item received is damaged, broken, or defective upon delivery.
- You received a different item than the one you ordered.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To be eligible for any return, replacement, or refund claim, customers must record a continuous, unedited video while opening the package, starting from when the sealed package is first shown until the product is fully unpacked.
Important:
- The video must clearly show the package label and all contents inside the package.
- Videos recorded after the package has already been opened will not be accepted.
- Photos alone may not be sufficient for verification.
- Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video may be rejected.
Conditions
- Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear evidence of the damage, defect, or incorrect item must be provided.
- We reserve the right to verify all claims before approving a refund or replacement.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.
- Claims made without a valid unboxing video.
- Claims reported after the specified reporting period.
Refund Process
Once the claim is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
